Gingersnaps

3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tsp molasses
2 1/4 cups flour
1 Tbs ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add and blend eggs and molasses. Stir in dry ingredients. Form dough into balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
