Pie Crust

Makes three 9 inch crusts.

Mix 2 cups flour with 1 tsp salt
Cut in 1 cup shortening until pea sized.
Stir in 5 tablespoons of ice water with a fork. Form into a ball. Divide in 3. Roll out and lay in pan. Cover with pie weights. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until golden brown
